That is a good place to begin your brief. Tell your florist what draws you to it. Perhaps it is the shape and colour, rather than the exact flower. Giving them that distinction leaves room to suggest a design that works with your budget and wedding date.

If the ceremony is the picture you care about most, put your attention there. If you are imagining a long dinner with your favourite people, give the tables the love. You can keep the welcome sign simple. Every corner does not need its own arrangement.
