One click and it moves to your account. Nothing on the page changes until you change it, and you can edit or unpublish it from that moment on.

Frequently asked questions
What does it cost?
Being listed is free, and so is claiming. Novia earns 5% per booking; partners joining in 2026 pay 2.5% through 31 December 2026, then 5%. Include this in your price. Couples who find you through Novia book through Novia: the enquiries, the contract, the payments and the protection all run here.
Why is my profile already here?
We built it from what your own website says, so couples browsing Novia can find you. It stays marked as unclaimed until you take it over, and we never show a price we did not get from you or from your own site.
Am I tied to anything?
No. Novia is not exclusive and promises no volume, and the couples you bring in yourself stay yours. Once you sign the Vendor Agreement, either side can end it on 30 days’ notice, and bookings already accepted are honoured.
Who decides my prices?
You do. We never publish a number you did not give us, and what is included, what costs extra and what you do not offer sit right underneath it.
When do I get paid?
The couple pays through Novia, and we release deposits and interim payments to you 14 days after payment. We release the final payment, or the only payment for a booking, 7 days after the wedding or 14 days after payment, whichever is later. The couple can release a payment sooner by confirming delivery.
What if I would rather not be on Novia?
Reply to our email and the profile comes down the same day. No conditions.
