We hope you never need it, but our resolution process is there if you do. If a vendor fails to deliver what was agreed, our team steps in to mediate and find a fair outcome.
Flag the issue through your dashboard. Our team is notified immediately.
We review the details with both parties and work towards a resolution.
Full refund for non-delivery. Partial adjustments for scope changes. Fair outcomes, always.
