A private estate in the Banhoek valley between Stellenbosch and Franschhoek, founded as a fruit farm in 1898. Gardens sit against the Boland mountains, with glass walls opening Johannesdal Hall onto the views. Weddings of up to 200 guests have exclusive use of the estate, including the Ponds, terraces and Waterlily Garden. The soundproof Blue Room hosts ceremonies or drinks, and the party can move there after 23:00 until 02:00. Six suites sleep twelve, and a coordinator is compulsory.
